Currently is the owner and principal of Low Country Land Development Consultants, a full service engineering firm. He has worked as Project Manager / Design Engineer for the Charleston Commissioners of Public Works for 8 years, during which time he was the Project Manager for all of the SCDOT road improvement projects which required utility relocates for the Charleston CPW. He has worked in the water and wastewater business for a total of 13 years. Mr. Coffey is a Registered Civil Engineer in the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Virgina and Tennessee. He is a Graduate of The Citadel. He is the Engineering Manager for the firm.
