Adrian was former Superintendent of Wastewater Utilities for the Charleston Commissioners of Public Works where he managed a staff of 65 people. Prior to Charleston CPW Mr. Williams was the Wastewater Manager for the Town of Orangeburg where he managed a staff of 22 people. He has worked in the water and wastewater business for 18 years. He is actively involved in the AWWA and has spoken on numerous occasions on wastewater issues in our state. Mr. Williams is a Civil Engineer and a Graduate of The Citadel. He is the acting Managing Partner for the firm.
